As a crew manager for the USC fleet, USC crew is responsible for personnel management of our own fleet and those of external shipowners. For our 250 employees onboard we offer all services that make your time with us successful.
We care for your travel arrangements, payroll, rotation planning and your personal career. Together with you, we define your personal career aims in order to support you in a best possible way. We trust in long-term relationships which is reflected in our high retention rate onboard amongst officers and crew alike.
